Account and Data Deletion

Havana Savannah allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data from the Havana Savannah mobile app.


How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please send an email to:

info@havanasavannah.com

Include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address associated with your Havana Savannah account
  • Phone number associated with your account (if applicable)
  • A request stating that you would like your account and personal data deleted

What Happens After You Submit a Request

Once we receive your request:

  1. We will verify your identity to protect your account.
  2. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.
  3. Personal information associated with your account will be removed from our systems where legally permitted.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days.


Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Transaction records
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security purposes

Any retained information will only be stored for as long as required by applicable law.


Deleting the App

Removing the Havana Savannah App from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal information. A deletion request must be submitted using the process described above.
